Prostate orgasm? A mystery to many men, but simple to achieve. I’ll let you in on the secret of P-Spot massages because milking your prostate can change your life. This Beginner’s Guide will help you find your way if you’re interested, indecisive or unsure how to enjoy a prostate massage.
Let’s start:
What Is A Prostate Massage Or Prostate Milking?
Stimulating a man’s prostate by e.g. putting pressure on it, is called “prostate massage”. One can use their fingers, sex toys such as dildos, vibrators and prostate masssagers for help. There are many techniques to stimulate the prostate, some of them can be done externally and others internally.
Prostate play intensifies the regular orgasm experience, when done in combination with penile stimulation. If done correctly, a prostate orgasm can even be reached without any penile stimulation. This is why prostates are often referred to as the male g-spot. Their orgasms are the most intense sexual experience for men and bypass the ordinary refractory period. Even multiple orgasms are possible.
“Prostate milking” is commonly seen as the same thing. The focus lies on making the man leak as much prostate fluid, precum or ejaculate through prostate stimulation when using this expression.
How Does A Prostate Massage Feel?
Discovering your prostate and anal area makes most men feel good and fulfilled. But it depends on setting, mood and other factors.
For example, a doctor’s prostate exam is dreaded and not seen as pleasant.
Especially if it’s your first time.
However, the doctor is checking on your prostate’s health. It’s not supposed to be pleasurable.
This not being the nicest experience, shouldn’t deter you from enjoying sexual acts in relation with your anal area. When doing it yourself you have full power over the setting, atmosphere, mood and arousal.
Experienced men say that your first time feels weird and yet exciting. Finding the prostate and the best technique to stimulate yourself is key and it’s important not to give up early.
You’ll feel warmth radiating from your prostate when finally hitting it and rubbing it will bring you waves of pleasure. It’s very different from penile stimulation.
Why You Should Try Prostate Massaging
P-Spot stimulation is an intense sexual experience that makes you feel in a way you haven’t felt before. Ordinary masturbation or sex, including the resulting orgasms, don’t compare to it at all. Furthermore, massaging your p-spot has potential to be healthy according to some doctors.
Here are some factors that will convince you to try:
You’ll be more in touch with your body.
As men we often aren’t very in touch with our body beyond exercising. Learning about prostate play teaches you about the wonders of your own body, how to control muscles you didn’t know you have and how seemingly emasculating things can actually feel great and don’t mean anything.
It’s the most intense sexual experience a man can have.
If you’ve never tried anything like this before, it may change your life. Many men describe the experience as eye-opening, freeing and incredibly fulfilling. Some decide that they don’t want to miss this experience in their lives, so they incorporate it into their sexual lives.
Prostatic stimulation during intercourse improves sexual experiences.
The intensity of regular orgasms is improved after massaging the p-spot. One can let the sexual partner help have this amazing experience by either making the partner perform the procedure or using toys during sex.
It can help against ED (erectile dysfunction)
Keeping an erection isn’t easy for everyone so some doctors recommend stimulating the p-spot as it can increase blood flow to the penis. If you’re struggling with ED, this is worth a try. Even if it doesn’t help maintain an erection, you can be fulfilled sexually through a prostate orgasm.
It may help against prostatitis
Prostatitis, which is caused by an bacterial infection, is the medical term for inflamed prostates. It comes with symptoms like pain or burning sensations during ejaculation and peeing. There are no studies that prove the benefits for prostatitis but there are doctors and patients out there who swear by it. Try it out if your doctor approves.
How To Get Over Your Concerns
By now you’re probably interested, else I doubt you would’ve read this far. But you might have concerns that need addressing, so let me ease your mind.
Enjoying anal play doesn’t make you gay.
Many mens first concern is probably that sticking something up their butt will make them gay.
This is not true.
Being homosexual is about the gender of the chosen partner, not about the kind of sexual activity you engage in. Anal play is only one out of hundreds of sexual activities for both straight and gay couples and unfortunately has been stigmatized because of religious reasons.
Try answering the question below for yourself.
- Gay men like blowjobs. So do straight men. Does that make you gay?
No?
Why would anal make you gay then? Gay and straight people like it equally.
There really is no reason to question your sexuality over engaging in anal play. You can still like vaginas and breasts. You can still be straight. You can still love women. But maybe you also like things up your butt.
It’s not unnatural or unnormal to engage in anal play.
Using your bottom for sexual pleasure is not unnatural at all. We’re not the only animal on earth that found butt play to be very fulfilling, other intelligent animals such as dolphins and apes also engage in it. This is the very opposite of unnatural.
As for saying that it’s inordinary, that’s simply not true. Humankind has been engaging in these pleasureful sexual acts since way before us. While there are religions and cultures that are opposed to it, others completely accepted it. The ancient Sumer, which were one of the earliest known civilizations on earth, didn’t consider it a taboo and the ancient Greek civilization considered it to be part of a balanced sex life.
It doesn’t have to be dirty.
This is probably one of the major concerns of many who are interested in trying it out.
While you need to understand that there is always the possibility of a mishap, let me assure you that there is no need to worry.
You can affect your cleanliness through a few factors, such as diet and water intake, and tips. If you really want to make sure, you can use an anal douche or enema. I will explain these things in more detail a bit later in this article, so just keep reading.
It doesn’t have to hurt.
If you’re a beginner in this field, you probably can’t imagine how this could be comfortable or even pleasureful.
Well, ask all the happy singles and couples who already incorporated it into their sexual lives.
They surely don’t all get off of feeling pain, and they don’t need to because the whole thing can be utterly painless, pleasureful and orgasmic.
As a beginner, for a pleasureful experience you need to do the following:
- Take your time
- Be relaxed
- Use plenty of lube
- Go slowly
- Be mindful of unknown sensations and how your body reacts
- Slow down or stop if you experience pain (if you’re in pain, you’re doing something wrong)
If you try to ram something up there without preparing yourself at all, there is no doubt it will hurt. However, if you make an effort to prepare beforehand and listen to your body during the act, it will be the opposite of a bad experience.
It won’t permanently stretch or damage anything.
Honestly, I don’t know why this myth is still so common. If you take the right precautions your anus won’t be damaged or permanently stretched. The same goes for a vagina by the way.
Our anus is very durable and won’t just break because of minor penetration. It can easily withstand taking in large objects too and get back into the same shape as before, as long as you’re careful.
Your partner might not be as opposed as you think.
If you don’t ask you’ll never know.
It’s easy as that.
You don’t have to be ashamed of wanting to try something new. If your partner doesn’t approve, that’s on them. It shouldn’t keep you from broadening your horizon.
You can start trying out alone first and if you like it enough to do it with your partner, then just ask them if they would be willing to try. The worst scenario would be them saying no and that’s it.
If they’re being immature or trying to put you down for asking, I hope you’ll realize soon that this isn’t the kind of partner you want to have in your life anyway.
It’s not for everyone, but it’s worth a try.
I know some who are reading this will try to argue that it’s “just not for me”. But the truth is you’re probably scared of trying new things that will change the way you live.
What’s your reason for not trying out new things? And why don’t you want to live your life to its fullest?
If you try it one or a few more times, you might loose a few hours of your life and can still say “this is not for me”.
But if you try and like it, you gained something great.
Namely you learned something about yourself and found a way to improve your sexual satisfaction. Plus it might be your opportunity to start trying even more new things.
How To Prepare For A Prostate Massage
If you’re inexperienced, it would be wise to read about how to prepare properly first. This will ensure that your experience will be a good one, without unnecessary mishaps or pain.
What You Need To Know Before You Start
- Use a condom if you share toys to avoid STD’s.
- If you use your fingers, trim your fingernails to avoid cutting yourself.
- Always be gentle as long as you have little experience (you’ll learn what you can and can’t do).
- Feeling pain means you’re either doing something wrong or there was something wrong in the first place. Slow down.
- If pain persists, get it checked out by a doctor.
- Use flared-base sex toys and no household items that could get stuck in your butt.
Get comfortable and relax
Trying a prostate massage for the first time is scary, which is why you need to relax.
If you don’t, things might not be as nice as they could be.
You could be very tense and unable to relax your anal sphincters.
You could get cramps after a while.
Or you could just not feel any of the nice sensations everyone keeps talking about because your mind is elsewhere.
Let’s talk about steps you can take to relax:
- Get comfortable with the idea of what you’re going to do.
- Make sure you have at least 1 hour of time and be in a place where you’re not going to be disturbed.
- Take a nice, hot shower or bath (can be combined with douching)
- Play some music you like or read a book
- Find yourself a comfortable place like your bed, a sofa or maybe just a nice, soft blanket on the floor
- Meditate beforehand or try breathing exercises to calm you down

Which Lube To Use
You know, that depends on you for the most part. I always recommend this lubricant because it’s water-based and can be used for regular sexual encounters as well as with toys.
Silicone or oil-based lubes will often damage sex toys due to material incompatibilities, so going with water-based lube is generally the best.
Which lube specifically is not so important, just try to avoid desensitizing and body unsafe lubes for obvious reasons.
How To Be Clean
To be naturally clean down there is quite an achievement and not possible for everybody. However, there are a few tips that can save you time. This way you can feel more comfortable during a p-spot stimulation session.
Understand This
First of all, having butt fun requires you to accept the possibility of having a mishap.
It just comes with the territory.
But what if I tell you that you can avoid it in 99% of the cases?
For that, it’s necessary to clear up a common misconception.
The rectum is not a storage area for poop, it’s a passage.
Sure, something can get stuck in there but that’s not the point. The point is that poop stays in the sigmoid colon, which is connected to the rectum, until you have a bowel movement (BM). So, a BM opens the sigmoid colon and lets poop pass through the rectum into your toilet bowl.
Now if your diet isn’t optimal or you’re sick or whatever, it’s very likely that you’ll have leftovers in your rectum after a BM. And that’s where all the horror stories come from when people get poop on their dick when trying anal with their girlfriend.
One other case is that whatever has been inserted anally was so big, that it hit the sigmoid colon and forced a bowel movement.
Now, if you’re worried about that happening, I’d like you to know that the prostate is nowhere near the sigmoid colon.
Get your Daily Recommended Fiber Intake.
Not enough fiber is the culprit in 95% of cases of poop on finger.
Fiber isn’t digested by our body and keeps our poop solid and together, without we wouldn’t have bowel movements as regularly. Low fiber intake leads to mushy, soft poop that isn’t keeping together very well, which is why it gets stuck more easily than one solid poo.
You see the problem, right?
The recommended amount for adult men is 38g of fiber a day, according to the IOM (Institute of Medicine). Try to get as close as possible every day.
To get your daily recommended fiber intake you have two options.
- You can eat a lot of foods that are rich in fiber such as vegetables, fruits, beans, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds. You can find lists of foods that are rich in fiber all over the internet. Here is one.
- This is probably the less healthy option but you can use fiber supplements to up your intake per day. Most commonly used and probably best options for this are Metamucil or Psyllium Husk. You can mix it in your drinks and food or take pills.
Psyllium Husk is my personal favorite and I recommend this product. Without it, I couldn’t enjoy my p-spot masssages due to constant worry of poop.
Drink enough water.
According to the IOM (Institute of Medicine) men (19 years +) should drink at least 104 ounces (14 cups/3 liters) of water a day. However, your recommended intake amount changes through a lot of factors, e.g. disease, exercise, hot climate etc., so be mindful of that. (Learn more)
Your water intake is important because it affects your digestive system a lot. It helps digest the foods you eat and get fiber through your digestive tract. Also, too little water can lead to constipation which we don’t want when playing with our butt.
Have a bowel movement a few hours before.
Just a tip from experienced prostate players. With a healthy diet, a bowel movement 30 minutes – 3 hours before the session should give you a healthy window of time to be anally active.
Do the finger or toy test
While some people always know if they’re clean, you might not. To check if you’re clean before a session starts, insert a lubed up finger or sex toy (with gloves or condom if poop freaks you out). If it comes out with poop on it, you should consider anal douching.
How To Anal Douche
While making an effort to be clean beforehand is better, one can’t always be sure about it. Anal douching is a way to clear out the rectum before your session, so you can enjoy it without being concerned about having a mishap. It was originally used for medical reasons (and still is) but nowadays many use it for anal hygiene too.
The idea is simple and so is how you do it. Let me introduce you to the tool we’ll need.
- A bulb douche
This is my personal favorite because it’s easy to use, small and portable. Great for beginners and works perfectly for cleaning out before a prostate massage.
Alternatives that I don’t really recommend in this scenario:
- Your showerhead ⇒ Hard to use. Doesn’t cost anything. Doesn’t clean very well.
- Showerhead attachments ⇒More expensive. Not so good for beginners. Can be used for deeper cleaning (e.g. preparing for fisting)
- Build your own douche (E.g. Gatorade bottle) ⇒ Not necessarily body safe.
- Enema from a store ⇒ Bottle might be too small. Routinely using them damages your digestive system. Empty them and use water instead.
Now let’s learn how you anal douche:
- Wash your tool of choice to make sure it’s clean from dirt, past use leftovers, dust etc.
- Make sure you’re close to your toilet and it’s ready to be used.
- Fill the douche with lukewarm water. Hot water damages skin & tissue. Cold water leads to cramps.
- Make sure the water is pure. Soap irritates your G.I. tract. Enema liquids are meant for medical use, not for hygiene.
- Consider lubing up your b-hole and the nozzle of your bulb a bit. Avoid using water-based lube as it will wash off. Try silicone-based lube.
- Gently insert the nozzle about 2 inches (5 cm) into your rectum.
- Slowly squeeze one fourth to one half of the water into your rectum. Using too much water leads to water passing into the sigmoid colon or even further. We don’t need to clean this far for prostate play. It will also be much messier if you use too much.
- DON’T LET GO OF THE BULB. Letting go of the bulb while it’s still inside, will make the bulb suck the water back in. Including pieces of poo. Let’s avoid that.
- Pull the nozzle out and be ready to expel the water. You can let go of the bulb now. You might not have to expel right away but it’s best if you do within 5-30 seconds. Sit on the toilet and let it out. Flush afterwards (important).
- Repeat the process until the expelled water in the toilet bowl is clear. That usually takes 2-3 repetitions. If you didn’t flush before, you won’t know if it’s clean!
- It’s best to wait 30 minutes to an hour before going for it. If there’s any water trapped somewhere, for some reason, it will come out sooner or later. Waiting a bit before you start your session gives you the opportunity to go for one last toilet run, if necessary.
You can check out this video too if you’re more of a visual learner. It’s not as elaborate but you’ll get the gist:
Wait, I’m still not clean!
Here are some troubleshooting tips for everyone who might be having issues.
Q: The expelled water doesn’t get clear, poop just keeps coming! What should I do?
A: This is usually a sign of using too much water. Postpone your session and try again another time with less water. If you’re using too much, the water will pass the sigmoid colon or go even further and as we’ve learnt earlier in this article, that’s where poop is waiting for a bowel movement. We don’t want to clean this far. For prostate play cleaning the rectum is enough.
Q: The water is mostly clear but small flakes and residue bits keep coming out. What should I do?
A: This is usually because of a lack of fiber in your diet. Try adding fiber as I explained earlier in the article and this shouldn’t happen anymore.
Q: Expelled water is clean but when I use my finger or toy I still get poop on it. What should I do?
A: Two options here. Either you didn’t clean far enough or you might be hitting your sigmoid colon during your session. In case you’re not cleaning far enough, try using more water or inserting the nozzle further when anal douching next time. Since all our bodies are a bit different, you might have to adjust the amount of water you use when douching. It might take a few tries to get the amount of water right, but then you’ll remember it until the end of your days.
If you’re hitting the sigmoid colon, well, try different angles or different toys. This shouldn’t really happen unless your toy is too big, you’re a small person or you’re pointing your tool of choice in the completely wrong direction.
If you have any other problems or questions, let me know in the comments, I’ll try to help you out ASAP.
How To Find Your Prostate
Not being able to find your p-spot is a very frustrating experience that I can understand very well, as I had the same issue in the beginning. After doing quite a bit of research I tried again and it worked out quite well, so I want to share my tips with you.
Where The Prostate Is Located
First, I’ll explain to you where the prostate actually is in your body. To find it you need to know the right direction.
As we can see on the image, your p-spot lies behind your bladder to the front of your body. If you want to find it through penetration, you need to reach 2-3 inches inside your rectum and put pressure on the rectal wall in the direction of your penis.
What you want to feel is a bump, about the size of a walnut, that is on the other side of the rectal wall. You might also feel an interesting or even pleasurable sensation already which is exactly what we’re searching for.
While some men can feel it right away when their p-spot is being touched, some can’t. For these men I have some tips that might help.
Make Sure You’re Relaxed And Aroused
If you’re a beginner, it might be hard to relax at first but it’s really important. Not relaxing might hide the sensations you want to feel because you’re tense or can’t get your mind of the fact that you’re doing something that is considered taboo.
As for being aroused, there are a couple ways.
- Watch porn or read an erotic story.
- Listen to erotic audio stories or audio porn.
- Sext with someone.
- Get your partner in on the fun.
- Build a fantasy or extend one you already have to include prostate massaging. Then play it out in your head.
Try Different Positions
We all have different bodies, so flexibility and positions can play a big factor in finding your prostate. Trying out different positions might help by being able to use different angles, have more reach etc. depending on your personal situation.
Here are a few you can try:
- The Laying Position: Laying on your back, bending your hip and knees upward. Put your feet close together and close to your body.
- The Bending Position: Stand up straight with your feet about shoulder-width apart. Then bend forward and support yourself with your elbows and forearms.
- Doggy Style: Go on your knees and support your upper body with your elbows and forearms. Your ass should be higher than your back.
- The Japanese Seiza Position: First kneel, then slowly sit on your heels (not everybody can do this)
- The Sims Position: Roll on your left side. Leave your left leg straight and bend your right leg at the hip and knee.
Let Somebody Else Help You
Letting a partner help you find your prostate might be one of the easiest way to do this. You should communicate very well with your chosen partner though, to make sure they aren’t making you uncomfortable.
A partner has much more reach and can make use of angles better than you can yourself and when they find your prostate, they can work on it much easier than you could yourself!
Experiment With How You Touch
Just randomly poking your rectal wall in a couple places, won’t be very helpful in this matter. You need to find out what kind of stimulation will produce results for your own body, because everyone’s different and some are more, some less sensitive. Therefore I advise you to try different kinds of stimulation when trying to find your p-spot.
Start with brushing over your rectal wall in the area where your p-spot is supposed to be. Move slowly, strategically and in repetitive motions.
It doesn’t hurt to take your time and repeat this a couple times to get used to and to concentrate on the sensations.
If this didn’t work, do it again but instead of brushing, put light pressure on the p-spot area. Use the same technique here.
You can repeat this with moderate and heavy pressure, “rubbing” the area, pushing motions with varied amount of pressure, going very slow or very fast… Just experiment!
How To Stimulate The Prostate
Now that you know where your p-spot is located, you probably want to feel all the good feelings everyone keeps talking about.
But understand that the only way to have the full experience is by not touching your dick!
P-spot massages and their resulting orgasms are all about the prostate and touching your penis will distract you. You need to focus on your p-spot if you want it to be mind-blowing (This doesn’t necessarily hold true for external p-spot massages because it’s nearly impossible to achieve an orgasm solely through this method as a beginner).
Furthermore, when using a prostate massager you should know that it’s specifically shaped to hit your p-spot. Inserting might be uncomfortable at first due to its design. As soon as it’s fully inserted you shouldn’t have any problems. Maybe you even feel pressure on your p-spot already.
Internal Prostate Massage
The best way to have the full experience as a beginner is by internally massaging yourself, using your fingers or even better, a sex toy such as a prostate massager.
Assuming you’ve followed all the preparations that I’ve talked about in this article,
- You can now start applying plenty of lube on your fingers or your toy.
- Next, you want to insert the tool of your choice slowly and get comfortable. If you feel burning or discomfort (especially as a beginner), don’t worry. Just slow down or stop moving your tool for a bit to let your body adjust. When you feel more comfortable you can continue.
- The next step is massaging however you like it. As I explained in the previous section, you need to find out what produces results for your own body. Going slow or fast, putting less or more pressure on your p-spot are only a few of the options you have but for many this is already enough.
There is one technique that I totally recommend, but it can only be properly utilized when using a prostate massager. Some call it the Contract-Release-Method.
All you need to do is flex and then relax your PC-muscle (pubococcygeal) while your toy is inside of you. This act (without the toy) is called Kegel exercise and it engages your pelvic floor muscles.
To understand where the PC-muscle is and how to use it, all you need to do is go pee. When you stop peeing mid-stream, the PC-muscle is being flexed. Now start and stop again a few times and you understand which muscle to use and how to contract it.
When using the Contract-Release-Method I advise you to contract for a couple seconds and then relax for a couple seconds. Of course you can ramp up the speed or change up this method however it feels best for you. If you weren’t familiar with the PC-muscle before being introduced to it here, you might need to practice this method quite a bit to strengthen your PC-muscle.
Feels good, huh?
External Prostate Massage
Not everybody feels ready for an internal massaging session. Fortunately you don’t have to miss out on all the fun, since external stimulation can be quite awesome too.
Now you might be a bit confused how this would work anatomy wise, since the p-spot lies within your body and you can’t reach it from the outside. The cool thing is, you don’t have to reach it directly!
All you need to know is where your perineum is. It is the area between your scrotum (balls) and your anus and by putting pressure on this area you can stimulate your p-spot indirectly.
A pure prostate orgasm is possible this way but very rare and it’s unlikely that you’ll be able to achieve it as a beginner. However, it’s a really nice method to arouse yourself or to intensify your penile orgasm when masturbating. It can also be coupled with internal stimulation because you’re hitting your p-spot from two different angles (this is how many p-spot massagers work)!
I recommend using lube to massage your perineum so you don’t chafe yourself.
How To Have A Prostate Orgasm
I have to clarify at this point that you might not reach a full p-spot orgasm on your first try. This shouldn’t keep you from massaging yourself down there though, just try again on different occasions and you’ll eventually get there. When you finally got it, you won’t want to miss it.
Now the steps you need to take:
- Massage in whatever way that makes you feel good. For most the Come-Hither motion does it, for others using the Contract-Release-Method and a prostate toy is great, and some enjoy using a vibrating toy to go handsfree.
- Keep constant stimulation on your p-spot and try not to take breaks. At some point you should feel your PC-muscle and your sphincters contracting on their own. If you feel the need to pee, ignore it! It means you’re doing the right thing.
- Keep going! You might feel tension within your body in the area where your p-spot is. Note this feeling, concentrate on it and with time it will become more and more pleasurable and intense.
- You’re getting close! You may start trembling at this point and muscles contract involuntarily, you might even get a boner. Ignore it! Keep stimulating and focus on the pleasurable sensations that come from within.
- You should be on the edge now, so don’t stop! Note how it feels to reach the edge for the future. There is no trick to get over the edge, you just have to keep going and not let yourself get distracted. If you accomplish it, intense pleasure will overcome your body in waves that are radiating from your p-spot through your whole body. Your body will still tremble the whole time and you’ll feel fulfilled when it’s done.
How To Have Multiple Prostate Orgasms
Now this step usually takes some practice. In the last section I told you to note the feeling of reaching the edge for future reference. This is important because when you try having multiple prostate orgasms you want to keep yourself on the edge. Instead of finishing after your first orgasm you need to keep doing what you’ve done to get there in the first place.
As I mentioned before, the great thing is, that you don’t have a refractory period in this case which you have to wait out to orgasm again. Your body can go again and again and you only need to stop when you’re exhausted.
With that said, here’s some advice on how to achieve multiple orgasms:
I recommend you to practice “riding” the edge. With that, I mean that you should do whatever gets you close to a p-spot orgasm but then try to keep yourself on it. Slow down or put less pressure on your p-spot and just ride the edge. With practice you’ll get better and better at that.
When you know how to ride the edge you’ll have much better control over your prostate orgasms and it will be much easier to get back to the edge. This helps you reaching the edge again right after you’ve had your first orgasm in a session so you can do it again and again and again…
Will A Prostate Massaging Session Give Me An Erection?
It certainly can, but it doesn’t have to. Stimulating the prostate or even having an orgasm this way doesn’t require an erection, which makes it a perfectly viable option for people with ED. It can’t be ruled out that you’ll get an erection at some point though, if you get aroused.
Remember that even if you’re stimulating yourself internally and you get an erection, this doesn’t mean you have to question your sexuality. It’s perfectly fine for straight men to enjoy this activity as many other men already do.
Should A Prostate Massage Make Me Cum?
This isn’t easy to answer because it’s hard to generalize, but usually an orgasm that is caused purely by massaging your p-spot won’t make you ejaculate. Most think that this is the number one perk of doing it, as you won’t be restricted by your refractory period like when you’re having a penile orgasm.
Mind yourself that just leaking more precum or prostate fluids isn’t the same as ejaculating. This is just a symptom of your efforts being fruitful.
FYI: Some men can train themselves to ejaculate through prostate or just anal stimulation. When talking about an prostate orgasm we generally mean orgasming without ejaculating though.
Conclusion
Let me remind you of the most important things again, to sum it up.
Lay off your concerns and understand that prostate play is fun, fulfilling and there are no reasons not to at least try it out.
Then prepare yourself for your sessions. Keep your water and fiber intake in check, trim your fingernails, douche if necessary and most importantly RELAX.
When starting your session, know that a toy might help a lot but fingers are fine in the beginning. Assume position, find your prostate, massage it and concentrate on the pleasurable sensations to get yourself over the edge.
You might not reach a p-spot orgasm on your first try but if you keep trying you will eventually, so just enjoy yourself.
And you’ll have more intense penile orgasms when you jerk off after your session!
We’re done here. 😉
